Crawford County CEO hit the road to Effingham for an incredible business visit—starting with Frost Buddy, where Mitch Mammoser shared the story behind building a brand that’s making waves nationwide. From product innovation to persistence, students got a firsthand look at what it really takes to grow something from an idea into impact.

We also had the opportunity to visit Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship and hear from Donnie Wilson, Interim Executive Director. The conversation centered on the power of experiential learning and how programs like CEO are shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.
